Top tip: Afternoon Naps in the Wrap

littlehushnz

Throughout the day there are what are known as 'Biological Sleep Windows'. Put simply, these are periods of time during which the brain and body are most receptive to and ready for sleep, and are more likely to get good restorative sleep. When our babies are still having their third nap, this is not a biologically natural time for a nap so it's great to allow it to be "on-the-go". This takes the pressure off what can become an increasingly difficult nap and allows for some lovely cuddles too.
