Overtiredness


Overtiredness can be a major sleep disruptor for babies and toddlers. It might seem counterintuitive, but the more tired they are, the harder it can be for them to fall asleep and stay asleep. Watch for those sleepy cues and start winding down before overtiredness sets in. A calm, relaxed child falls asleep more easily. #AvoidOvertiredness #SleepyCues
