This weekend the clocks go back (an hour overnight on Saturday 6 April NZ)
This is lovely for an extra hour of sleep but often makes some parents nervous about changes to their babies routine or bedtime.
Here’s one way you can prepare in advance (and swipe for the winging it version which just suits some families better!)
Generally very little babies under 4 - 5 months old are unlikely to notice this change very much but the above slides can be really helpful for older babies, toddlers and preschoolers 🪻💜
